Point Economy

Currently:
For each founding business who subscribes to the base package we allocate an initial 20,000 points into the system. These points are distributed evenly and fairly to card holders who patronize these businesses. Currently the rate is 15-20 points for a first visit and 5 points per visit per day. For each founding consumer who preregisters we allocated 100 into the system. These points are given directly to the consumer to use in the system.
