Supportland Refund Policy

Trial Period

  1. Any business account canceled prior to the end of a free trial period will not be billed.

Termination of a single service within a business account

  1. You will no longer be billed for this service, but are responsible for the current months billing and any pre-paid amounts.
  2. Any pre-paid amount beyond the current monthly billing cycle will be credited to your account in units of that service. For example if you purchase six months of a Rewards Listing but stop running ads in month three, you will still have three credits for Rewards Listings that can be used at a later time. You are still responsible for paying the full amount of pre-paid items.

Termination of a business account

  1. You will no longer be billed for this service, but are responsible for the current months billing and any pre-paid amounts.
  2. You are still responsible for paying the full amount of pre-paid items.

Refunds/Exchanges

  1. Refunds for service may be granted in special circumstances. The refunds for service will never exceed current monthly package price.
  2. Exchanges for service are not permitted.
  3. Refunds for products are permitted within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition it was in when purchased.
  4. Exchanges for products are permitted within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition it was in when purchased.
